A. No. We can process your order without an account. Your order would simply be COD.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, CHEQUE or CASH.

Q. Is shipping included in your prices?
A. No. Because some of our customers prefer to pick up their orders or arrange shipping themselves we do not include that in our prices.

Q. Do you do sign installations?
A. No. We do not have the equipment or staff required for installations. We may be able to refer you to an installer depending on your location.

Q. Can I rent traffic signs and products from you?
A. No. Our products are for sale only.

Q. Do you offer any custom layout or design services?
A. Yes. We offer full layout and design services. Your layout will show full dimensions and scale so you have a clear picture of what your finished sign will look like.

Q. What brand of vinyl and reflective sheeting do you use?
A. We only use 3M vinyl, reflective products and printing inks.

Q. What kind of warrenty do you offer?
A. We offer a warrenty through 3M on all sheeted blanks and finished signs. The extent of the warrenty varies depending on the products used.
